Unipro may pay 19.03 kopecks per share in dividends for Jan–Sep

MOSCOW, Nov 2 (PRIME) -- The board of directors of Russian power utility Unipro has recommended paying 19.03 kopecks per share, or a total of 12 billion rubles, in dividends for January–September, the company said in a statement on Tuesday.

The record date is December 17. The shareholders are to consider the recommendation at a meeting on December 6.

Uniper SE holds 83.73% in Unipro.
